Registration

In an effort to provide your child with the best learning environment and to maintain a quality program, we can accommodate up to 18 children in our classroom per day.

During open enrollment, the Enrollment Registration Form, a non-refundable registration fee of $50, and the first tuition payment will hold your child’s place at EAVP for the upcoming school year.

The first tuition payment is refundable if notice of withdrawal is given prior to August 1st.  After August 1st, tuition is non-refundable unless determined otherwise by the Advisory Board due to extenuating circumstances.

EAVP does not discriminate on the basis of color, race, religion, national or ethnic origin.

Tuition

Tuition is due the first class day of each week.  There are no discounts for short months or weeks due to holidays, storm days, absenteeism, or illness. At the beginning of each school year, you will be provided a school calendar with a list of charged and uncharged days. 

Full day (7:30 am – 5:00 pm) and morning only (7:30 am – 12:00 pm) rates are available. Please contact us for current tuition rates

Supplies Fee

Each family is required to pay a yearly supply fee of $150 (per school year)

If your child enrolls mid-year, we do have a prorated supply fee based on your date of enrollment.
