Registration

In an effort to provide your child with the best learning environment and to maintain a quality program, we can accommodate up to 18 children in our classroom per day.

During open enrollment, the Enrollment Registration Form, a non-refundable registration fee of $30 before July 1st, or $45 thereafter, and the first tuition payment will hold your child’s place at EAVP for the upcoming school year.

The first tuition payment is refundable if notice of withdrawal is given prior to August 1st.  After August 1st, tuition is non-refundable unless determined otherwise by the Advisory Board due to extenuating circumstances.

EAVP does not discriminate on the basis of color, race, religion, national or ethnic origin.

Tuition

Tuition is divided into 42 weekly payments and is due the first class day of each week.  There are no discounts for short months or weeks due to holidays, storm days, absenteeism, or illness, with the exception of two, week long recesses (December and April) when tuition is not due.

Full day (7:00 am – 5:00 pm) and morning only (7:00 am – 12:00 pm) rates are available.

Supplies Fee

Each family is required to pay a yearly supply fee of $140 (per school year) for the first child and $75 for subsequent children enrolled during the same school year.  We offer two payment options for families:

Option #1 – $140 paid in full by October 1st

Option #2 – Pay 3 installments of $46.67 in September, October and November
